Customers may return printed materials at any time if they receive those books in significantly damaged or unusable condition, whether due to printing errors or damage in shipping. In this case, we will either replace the damaged item with one in usable condition, or we will refund the purchase price, at our option. Please contact us (preferably by e-mail) before returning damaged items. Obviously we do not make refunds for items that are damaged by the customer's use.
(Note: We have made the contents of many of our materials available online, so customers can know beforehand what they are ordering - see the links on the appropriate product descriptions. We invite and encourage customers to read the contents of materials before ordering, where possible, in order to avoid receiving unwanted materials. Thank you!)
If a customer simply decides he/she does not want to keep materials ordered from us, we will accept returns as follows:
1) Within 60 days of the original purchase, the customer must notify us in writing (preferably by e-mail) of their desire to return a purchased item. Please do not return the item until we notify you of our willingness to accept it.
2) If we send notification that we are willing to accept a return, the customer must then ship the item back to us so we receive it in undamaged, resalable condition. Regardless of how the item is shipped to us, we cannot give a refund for any item that has been lost or damaged in shipment or that is otherwise not resalable. The customer must pay the full cost for shipping the item back to us.
3) If we agree to accept a return and we receive it in resalable condition (as described above), we will refund to the customer the price paid us for the item (not including postage) less a fee of 10% of the price for handling and restocking.
4) While we generally grant returns under the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to grant returns at our option.
